Farm and Land
As a firm we have strong historic connections with the land owning and farming community. We operate in two livestock markets (as HMA Ltd in Hereford Market) and so have both wide experience and expertise in all aspects of both land management and the sale of rural property, produce and plant and machinery.
We are able to advise on how best to market farms and land to achieve the best price. This may be by public auction, private treaty or tender, depending on the circumstances. Marketing is all important. With our experience and expertise we believe that we are best placed to help our clients’ meet their objectives.
We let ground each year on farm business tenancy agreements for a large range of crop types and for varying lengths of term. We also sell significant areas of standing crops such as grass keep, maize and standing straw.
