Sunderlands & Thompsons LLP assist in the management of over 200 residential properties in Herefordshire. We have reached this enviable position by providing a professional service to Landlords and endeavouring to maintain a good working relationship between landlord and tenant.

The residential lettings team is headed by Andrew Lyke and Philip Ashman, both long established in the local lettings market.

We can offer either a full management service to the Landlord or a find Tenant only service.
